The Role:
The marketing team at Pulman is expanding!Do you have experience in marketing communications? Are you looking for that next step in your marketing career?
We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who would like to take the next step, to gain people management experience and work directly with the Group Marketing Manager.
The Assistant Marketing Manager role will be key to running the day-to-day operations within the marketing department. The role will focus on implementing marketing strategy and tasks. Fulfilling all reactive inbound tasks that are pushed by the manufacturers or by the individual Pulman locations. Working with a fantastic Marketing team, you will gain invaluable experience of managing workloads and supervising team members.
Working in collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager to run the day-to-day operations of Marketing. This is a hands-on role and will require both delegation of tasks as well as being involved throughout the entire marketing mix. Ensuring brand compliancy targets and FCA standards are met.
The role requires excellent communication and time management skills, as well as supporting in leading a team of people to deliver a fantastic customer experience.
We are looking for individual with a positive work ethic and attitude, someone who will go the extra mile and push the boundaries of the role. Be flexible, eager to learn, progress and try new things. Passionate about all things marketing and Pulman. Most importantly to lead by example.

To be flexible as occasional out of hours work may be required at times, lieu time will be accrued

Site visits maybe required across all Pulman locations – Cramlington, Durham, Sunderland
