The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Web & Marketing Administrator to join our in-house Marketing team. Do you have a passion for everything Web & Marketing? Do you have a creative flare and love everything analytical? This role is full-time Monday to Friday office based and will report to the Group Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the Pulman website is current, up-to-date and performing to it’s very best.
The Package:
Basic salary: £25,000
Bonus scheme: £1,000 Performance related bonus opportunity
OTE Opportunity: £26,000

Time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm*.
*In the event work is required out of hours such as for events, time is given back in lieu.

Responsibilities:
The core of the role will focus on E-Commerce Website Administration, developing and maintaining the website to achieve key KPI’s and deliver a fantastic customer experience online. This is a multifunctional role that will also support the Marketing team when needed with marketing communication tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside an aptitude for attention to detail is essential. Ability to work within a team or individually, with time pressured deadlines. A willingness to learn and develop on the job. Have fantastic organisational and time management skills.
The person:
At least 12 months relevant e-commerce website administration experience in a similar role.
We are looking for someone who is creative, excited to learn and develop, to always go above and beyond. A person who can create fresh and innovative ideas and see them through to completion. This person will also be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, can work within a team as well as being a self-starter.
You will be familiar with Web CRM systems, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics or equivalent.
