Package:
Basic salary: £40,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, death in service benefit, free uniform, eye tests, dental check ups & flu jabs.
The role:
· Manage the flow of work though the workshop by effective labour resource planning
· Drive efficiency through the workshop by utilising efficient working practices
· Ensure CitNow (EVHC) process is followed to maximise every opportunity to upsell
· Ensure efficient workshop use of materials, equipment and labour so service and repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards
· Meet required targets for first time fix
· Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and retain existing custom through the workshop
· Improve the future labour levels by consulting and co-operating with after-sales reception staff and the Service Manager/Operations Manager
· Delivering a fantastic customer experience.
· Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, have a vehicle mechanical background along with organisational, customer handling and time management skills. Reporting and forging a strong working relationship with the Service Manager you will be focused on leading and motivating a team of technicians to deliver a fantastic customer experience. MOT testing certificate and experience from the Volkswagen Group brands is desirable.
