      1. QUOTE We will always give you a quote before we start work, so you understand the work required and how much you will pay.

      2. ESTIMATE We will advise you if additional work is required, give you a cost estimate and won't carry it out until you authorise us to do so.

      3. APPOINTMENT We will guarantee you an appointment within five working days when you book your vehicle into our Van Centre.

      4. CONVENIENCE We will either offer you a courtesy vehicle*, a while-you-wait appointment. Collection-and-return service is not currently available.

      5. COURTESY VEHICLE If your vehicle is out of action for over two hours, and still within warranty, we'll do everything we can to source a like-for-like courtesy vehicle, or the best alternative*.

      6. INITIAL DIAGNOSIS If your vehicle breaks down and is recovered to our Van Centre, we will perform an initial diagnosis within a maximum of one working day.

      7. GENUINE PARTS We will fit genuine Volkswagen parts, designed and manufactured to suit your vehicle and maintain optimum performance.

      *Prices exclude additional parts identified as requiring replacement during the service. Prices based on time and distance regime. **(for MOT at £45) Offers valid at participating Volkswagen Van Centres and Authorised Repairers until 31st December 2023. MOT: Price is valid for a Class 4 MOT only, other prices may be applicable for other classes of MOT. MOT re-test fees will be charged at the discretion of the MOT test station/Van Centre. ^Courtesy cars to be booked in advance to ensure availability.

      1. Valid for vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less and under 100,000 miles at activation. Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. Subject to vehicle check. Services, MOT and any warranty repairs must be undertaken within the duration of the plan. Excludes electric vehicles. Volkswagen Financial Services. 2. Saving based on the average 2 year cost of the Extended Warranty policies for Volkswagen vehicles with a £0 excess where there has been no break in warranty as of June 2020. Actual saving will be dependent on your vehicle.
