Rapid assistance whenever you need it. If you run into any issues, a flat tyre for example, when you’re out and about don’t worry, we’re here to help. CUPRA CONNECT puts you in touch with Roadside Assistance, and if it detects a possible emergency will contact emergency services automatically.
(1) Emergency call service.
If you have an accident that causes the airbags to activate, CUPRA CONNECT will automatically call emergency services. Likewise, if the airbags aren’t activated but your CUPRA detects an accident, you will be automatically put through to the CUPRA emergency call centre.
(2) Breakdown Call.
Once you press the assistance button your CUPRA will activate Breakdown Call and send your location to the Emergency Service. A member of the team will help you to identify the cause of the breakdown and dispatch a service vehicle to you if the problem cannot be solved.
(3) Service & Maintenance
Whenever a warning light comes on or a service is due, CUPRA CONNECT puts you in touch with your preferred service partner.
CUPRA CONNECT upgrades your Navigation System, giving you a wide suite of online features for media, speech and navigation.
Route and destination import
Plan and customise your trip from home with the app. Then send the directions straight to your CUPRA.

Upgrade CUPRA’s voice assistant, Hola Hola

*First CUPRA Born vehicles produced will not have the following online features available: Private Emergency Call, Breakdown Call, Info call, Vehicle Status, Parking Position Destination & Route Import and Online Music Streaming. Full online services availability will be released soon.
** Remote Ventillation is only available for Leon and Formentor with certain motorizations. Remote Auxiliary Heater only available with the Parking Heater feature (optional equipment).
*** Anti-theft alerts feature only available with the volumetric alarm feature (optional equipment).
**** Online Media (Apple Music & TIDAL), Internet Radio and Alexa require additional data use. You can either use your smartphone as a hotspot connected to your car Wi-Fi, or get an extra Data Plan for your CUPRA through our mobile communications partner (hyperlink: https://seat.cubictelecom.com).
Amazon Alexa is only available for Leon and Formentor in selected markets (Spain, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Ireland and Austria).
