A Service Plan removes the complexity and uncertainty of looking after your car. It’s our way of giving you one less thing to worry about. Whether we’re sending you diagnostic videos or bundling Roadside Assistance so you know you’re looked after if things go wrong. It gives you peace of mind when, after all, there are plenty of other things to worry about.
Volkswagen
The Volkswagen Service Plan enables you to pre-pay (up-front or monthly) for your next two scheduled services.
There are plan options for both new (under 1 year) and used (over 1 year, up to many years old) cars, and there’s also a separate “All-in” plan for cars aged 3–6 years which bundles additional services (MOTs, roadside assistance, possibly warranty) on top of servicing.
Škoda
Škoda offers fixed-price Service Plans (payable upfront or via monthly instalments) that cover two scheduled services using genuine parts and using authorised Škoda technicians. These plans are available for a wide range of cars, new and used, from brand-new up to 15 years old.
For older cars, there are different plans (Standard, Plus, All-in) with varying coverage: the basic plan includes two services (oil & filter change, checks, inspection, etc.), while enhanced plans (for certain age/mileage ranges) may bundle in MOTs, roadside assistance or warranty.
SEAT
SEAT lets you pre-pay (upfront) or pay monthly for a service plan covering two scheduled services (first two for a new car, or next two for a used one). There are eligibility options for new and used cars, plans cater for cars from brand-new, through to “older” vehicles (even up to 15 years old), depending on plan type.
Some plan variants (especially for older cars) may include extra benefits such as MOTs, roadside assistance, and a limited warranty. The exact coverage depends on your car’s age, engine type, and the plan selected; wear-and-tear items or major replacements are generally excluded.
CUPRA
Quality service and benefit packages available exclusively for you, for the best aftersales care available.
CUPRA offers Care and e-Care packages that allow many owners (new or used) to budget for and maintain regular servicing and inspections with fixed cost (up-front or monthly), using genuine parts and authorised workshops. The plans can be taken out on cars well beyond their first year (even older petrol/hybrid cars, and many electric cars up to 15 years old). However:

The All-in plan from Volkswagen Group is available for eligible Volkswagen, Škoda and SEAT vehicles aged 3 to 6 years old, with less than 100,000 miles and an engine size of 2.0L or under.
For a fixed monthly or upfront fee, All-in provides:
The plan excludes EVs, vehicles over 2.0L, those used for private-hire/public-hire, and cars still under manufacturer warranty. Wear-and-tear items are not covered.
