The Volkswagen ID.Promise gives qualifying customers 100 days to experience their new electric Volkswagen. If the vehicle isn't right for them, they can return it between days 80 and 100 after handover, subject to the offer's conditions and refund deductions.
The ID.Promise return window is between 80 and 100 days after vehicle handover. Returns outside this period are not covered by the offer.
Qualifying new models include the Volkswagen ID.Polo, ID.3, ID.3 Neo, ID.4, ID.5, ID.7 and ID.7 Tourer. The Volkswagen ID.Buzz is excluded. Eligibility is subject to the full offer conditions.
Yes. The Volkswagen ID.Promise is available to qualifying cash and finance customers. Contract Hire agreements are excluded. Applicable finance deductions may be made if you return the vehicle.
Yes. You can return an eligible vehicle for any reason during the permitted 80 to 100-day return window, provided you meet the Volkswagen ID.Promise terms and conditions.
Yes. Refunds include a 3% depreciation deduction and any applicable charges for damage, modification repairs, Ohme EV charging equipment and finance arrangements. The ID.Promise is not a free 100-day trial.
Yes. You can part-exchange your existing vehicle. If you return your new ID. model under the promise, you will receive the agreed part-exchange value as a refund, but your original vehicle will not be returned.

Customers must notify their retailer and return the vehicle between 80 and 100 days after delivery. Refunds are subject to a 3% depreciation deduction and any applicable costs relating to vehicle damage, modification repairs, Ohme EV charging equipment and finance arrangements. Part-exchange values will be refunded, but the original part-exchange vehicle will not be returned.
Accessories must be removed without damage or left on the vehicle. Returns may be refused where non-approved accessories are fitted or removal has caused damage. Customers are responsible for cancelling ancillary contracts and associated charges. The offer can be used once per customer. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
