This all-new electric saloon has a battery potential of 435 miles which is fantastic for longer journeys whether you’re going out for the day or a weekend camping trip with the family!
In addition to a higher battery milage, the battery itself can be charged from 10 to 80% in under 30 minutes. This super-fast charging time means if you do need to pull over to recharge, you won’t be stuck at a service station for hours on end!
The exterior saloon styling mixed with a traditional fastback shape helps to lower energy consumption, give a higher battery range and, is a fantastic car to look at.
Moving into the interior, the ID.7 has been designed with driver and passenger creature comforts at heart making car journeys relaxing and tranquil. From massage and heat functions in the seats to intelligent climate zones that are voice controlled, every element of luxury is included in the design of this car.
The intelligent climate control can be voice activated with simple phrases such as “Hello Volkswagen, my hands are cold!” and the ID.7 will respond by angling the air vents to your hands, turning the heat up and turning on the heated steering wheel.
Other voice activated features include the electric panoramic sunroof which can be adjusted to be fully transparent or opaque and the 15” main display, all you have to do is say “Hello Volkswagen” and your wish is the ID.7’s command!
As well as being big on technology, the ID.7 is also big on space. Even with 5 seats and a generous boot size of 500 litres, there’s still plenty of space for back seat passengers to stretch their legs and be comfortable as well as the driver and front passengers.
