Although we always like to talk in person, we’re happy to buy your car on the phone or through email. In some cases, we can even collect your car from anywhere within mainland UK.

The valuation generated online is based on the information provided by you ‘the customer’ on your car and on the following general assumptions:

The online valuation is not an offer by Pulman to purchase the car. It is a tool to enable you to estimate the value of your car and the price we may be willing to pay for it.
We will always carry out a physical inspection of the car before we agree to buy it. You can book an appointment with one of our showrooms after receiving an online valuation. During the inspection we will look at all the assumptions we have made during the online valuation, which may affect the final valuation we are willing to pay. This may be different to the online valuation based on the assumptions at the time.
We are not obliged to purchase any car brought to an appointment after an online valuation is given.
Subject to a physical inspection, the online valuation is guaranteed for 7 days from the date in which you receive the valuation.
A purchase is only complete when a contract is signed.

We will also expect the car to be handed over free from personal items. We take no responsibility for the loss of any personal items once handed over.
If any of these requirements are not met, we have the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and withdraw the offer.
Our standard payment is via BACS which takes up to three working days after the day you sell the car to us to arrive in your bank account. For an additional charge we can arrange next working day payment.
