About the Role:

Pulman Fleet and National Vehicle Solutions are looking for a motivated Broker Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing quotes to external brokers, maintaining competitive Ratebooks across Pulman brands, and supporting key accounts during busy periods. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all Fleet administrative functions, helping to ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely quotes to External Brokers and National Vehicle Solutions customers.
• Maintain and manage Ratebooks to ensure Pulman offers remain competitive.
• Work with the Key Account Executive to support Key Accounts and Lease Company requirements, including holiday cover and busy period support.
• Understand and support all Fleet administrative processes, from order processing to customer communications.
• Collaborate with the Broker Sales Manager and Fleet Operations Manager to optimise processes and deliver a fantastic customer experience.
