We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and conscientious individual who has excellent attention to detail to join our friendly and busy Aftersales teams, working between our Skoda and Volkswagen dealerships in Durham.
The role:
The Service Advisor is a very important role within our company, you will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle. This role is ideally suited to someone who is a strong administrator with outstanding customer focus. You will be working on the Service Reception and be the first point of contact for service customers. You will be responsible for:

This is a full-time permanent role. Working between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm.
