Lisa was nominated by her colleagues at Pulman for consistently going above and beyond in her role, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome, expert support, and a personalised experience that reflects the highest standards of the Volkswagen and Pulman brands. Her dedication to delivering a fantastic customer experience has made a lasting impression on both our customers and her team, leading to this well-deserved recognition!
As part of her award, Lisa will receive a cash prize and a branded Volkswagen hoodie. She will also be featured in an upcoming Volkswagen UK internal bulletin, where her story will be shared across the national retail network to highlight the impact of exceptional service across the group.
Lisa is now in the running for the coveted title of Volkswagen Network Star of the Year, which will be awarded at a special ceremony in 2026.
