We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Aftersales Contact Centre. You will be part of a fantastic small team working in the heart of our busy Skoda dealership in Durham.
The Role:
The contact centre is the first point of contact for all customers’ aftersales requirements. It is a busy and exciting role, which will challenge you every day. You must have customer service at the heart of everything you do with fantastic communication skills. The role as an element of outbound communication including live chat, telephone and email and online bookings as well as meeting upsell targets.
