Apprentice Service Advisor
Pulman are seeking an outstanding person to join our fantastic company on our apprenticeship programme, working within our friendly Aftersales team at our Volkswagen dealership in Sunderland.
The Role:
As a service Advisor you will be responsible for dealing with customers on a daily basis. You will be part of team who delivers a fantastic customer experience to our customers.
You will complete a 2-year Customer Service apprenticeship at a local college, during this time will learn about the technical details of vehicles, how to use best practice to deal with customer queries, Skoda brand standards and how to generate business opportunities in aftersales.
You must be customer focused and highly organised with the ability to work with several different departments to deliver a truly first-class service.
