Marketing Coordinator

The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house Marketing team. Do you have a passion for everything Marketing communication? Do you have a creative flare and love everything analytical? This role is full-time Monday to Friday and will report to the Group Marketing Manager.
The Package:
Basic salary: £25,000
Bonus scheme: £1,000 Performance related bonus opportunity
OTE Opportunity: £26,000

Location: Pulman Volkswagen, Abbey Road, Durham, DH1 5HA.
Time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm*.
*In the event work is required out of hours such as for events, time is given back in lieu.
You will be supported with training, personal development plans, consistent reviews, and the opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
The core of the role will focus on PR, Sponsorship, event, copywriting, website administration, social media, and internal communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside an aptitude for attention to detail is essential. Ability to work within a team or individually, with time pressured deadlines. A willingness to learn and develop on the job. Have fantastic organisational and time management skills.
The person:
At least 12 months relevant content marketing experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have studied Marketing either at degree level or through CIM qualifications.
We are looking for someone who is creative, excited to learn and develop, to always go above and beyond. A person who can create fresh and innovative ideas and see them through to completion. This person will also be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, can work within a team as well as being a self-starter.
You will be familiar with Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, Fathom or equivalent with a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
