How does the LOVE ME OR LEAVE ME 100-day hand back period work?

If you aren't loving the CUPRA Born* and it isn’t the right fit for you, just let us know. Your Retailer will inspect the vehicle, and we’ll arrange a refund based on your initial payment method.

For PCP Customers

We’ll refund your initial deposit (cash or part exchange) and settle your finance contract. A deduction of three months finance payments will be made for fair wear and tear, along with any additional damages.

For Cash Customers

We’ll refund the purchase amount minus a 3% deduction for fair wear and tear, as well as any further damage costs.

*This option does not apply to vehicles with faults, for which a separate process is available. Your CUPRA Retailer can assist with this.

When does the 100-day period start?

The 100 day period will begin the day you pickup your brand new CUPRA Born.

Is the LOVE ME OR LEAVE ME available on other models?

Unfortunately the 'Love me or leave me' offer is only available on the CUPRA Born.

How can I return the car? Is it easy?

Simply get in contact with us. We'll inspect the vehicle and will arrange a refund depending on your initial finance method.

What are the return standards required of the car?

We'll inspect your car for any damage. An excess mileage charge will be levied if your actual mileage exceeds the pro-rata mileage from your finance contract.

What about the Ohme home charger or CUPRA Charging voucher?

If you’d like to keep the charger, we will deduct the RRP (£999 for the Ohme Home Pro tethered / £949 for the Ohme ePod untethered) from your deposit before issuing your refund.

If you prefer to return the charger, please arrange for its uninstallation and return the unit to us.

Any credit that is used from the charging voucher will be deducted from your deposit, and the voucher will be cancelled once you notify us.

How do I get a replacement car if I return it?
