Pulman Group are recruiting for an enthusiastic, positive, and skilled Service Technician to join our fantastic Pulman Aftersales teams. We have an opportunity at our Volkswagen dealership in Durham. Ideally you will be VAG qualified however if you’re a qualified Service Technician for another franchise we’d love to hear from you too.

The Role:

The Service Technician role consists of:

• Car repairs and servicing
• Diagnostics
• MOT testing
• Highlighting up-selling opportunities
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
• Working alongside a team
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
• Working alongside and providing support to the aftersales team

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, have strong organisational, customer handling and time management skills. You will be focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience.

MOT testing certificate is desirable but not essential.
